We offer reduced rates to unsigned artists.

UNSIGNED RATE
Studio Hire - €200 per day (ex VAT)
Engineer’s fee - €250 per day (ex VAT)

LABEL / COMMERCIAL RATE
Studio Hire - €350 per day (ex VAT)
Engineer’s fee - €350 per day (ex VAT)

This includes full use of all equipment and instruments,
with a Clinic approved producer / engineer.

Dry hire with an external producer / engineer is of course possible and subject to the above Studio Hire rates. If it is your engineer / producer’s first time at The Clinic, Day 1 of your dry hire booking will be subject to an additional assistant’s fee of €150 (ex VAT) for 2 hours of set-up, troubleshooting and tear down.
